A quick note about the maintained lemon you do not necessarily need to purchase it especially for this dish if you do not believe you'll use it in anything else (due to the fact that just a really little amount is needed), BUT if you do take place to have some in the refrigerator, then I highly recommend it as I believe it works exceptionally with the feta.
